Tatwah Smartech Co., Ltd. in an effort to streamline its activities and focus on its core business, i.e Satellite applications and IoT software developments, has sold 100% of its shares of Zhongshan Tatwah Technology Co. Ltd. as of 31st August 2021.
“The independence from our previous parent company will enable Tatwah Technology to continue its development of “Trackers” and more specifically RFID data carriers, Bluetooth, UWB and possibly other technologies. Moreover, the transaction will facilitate a reshaping and simplification of administrative processes and yield economies as well as increased efficiency” says Lou Ya Hua, Vice President of Tatwah Technology.
The change of ownership will increase flexibility by shortening decision making processes but will be without effect on current and future business of Tatwah Technology. “Such flexibility is needed now more than ever in a period of semiconductor shortages, higher material prices, increasing logistic problems and ever more stringent regulations for products and markets” says Mr. Cai, founder of Tatwah Technology and expert to several scientific publications.
